Allah Consciousness: Allah always needs to be at the forefront of our mind regarding any aspect of our business. If we lose His pleasure, we have nothing left to gain. If we gain His pleasure, there are no losses.

Discipline: Do the things you need to do when you need to do them, so that you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.

Excellence: We strongly believe in doing tasks with ihsaan or perfection. This includes learning skills that we do not have and helping each other when we are done.

Fairness: Do not rip anyone off. Underpromise, overdeliver. If we mess up then we will pay for it. At the same time we do not allow ourselves to be swindled.

Honest Dialouge: Real opinions are to be shared politely and professionaly. It is understood that the intention is to challenge ideas and not to attack the idea sponsor; this dramatically reduces the chances of anyone getting hurt. Disagreeing creates either creates stronger business cases or disproves the story. Either way it is a win-win situation.

Innovation: Part of our philosophy is pushing the envelope within our understood limits. We push but don’t shove. The MuslimTees Fam is in a perpetualy state of reviewing what can be improved, both internally and externally.

Value: We need to add value to all parties involved in our transactions. We give value for what we receive and take value for what we give (reference Surah Mutafafeen).

Entrepreneurism: We are building something out of nothing, at times it is tough, very uncertain, and tiring. What makes this experience miserable makes it great.
