How do you ship shirts?
MuslimTees.com uses United States Postal Services shipping services for all of our needs. We do not make any money on shipping…we hate when companies do that! Here’s our shipping chart:

When do you ship shirts?
Orders will be shipped out on Mondays and Fridays. If we are out of a shirt, we will let you know by the nearest Monday or Friday at the latest. Any questions related to shipping can be sent to service@muslimtees.com.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do mon fere! Check out the chart below, we us USPS but are looking into DHL and other shipping methods.

Is this one of those cafepress sites?
No, all designs are screen printed outsourced by a professional. What is screen printing? It is a stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. Yes, we talk like that in real life, our impermeable lives.

We screen print because it is higher quality and allows us to sends shirts out quicker since we have an inventory.

Why are you out of my size?
We are young college graduates and run MuslimTees with money out of our pocket. We cannot afford to keep a constant stock of every size, of every style. We have a formula for replenishing our inventory, it is still in development. As we get better at forecasting shirt demand we will have your shirt in stock more often inshaAllah.

Returns

Can I return my shirt?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your unworn shirts you may return them or exchange them for other styles or sizes. Click here to fill out our return form within 5 days of receiving your shirt.

If they are nasty, got some hummus, or smell like masala we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and will notify you. In this case you will be stuck with the shipping charges.

No fees are charged for exchanges. However, the customer is responsible for shipping the shirt back to our warehouse and then back to themselves. For returns, you will see your account credited back within 10 business days minus any shipping charges.
